General Terms and Conditions

Our vehicle is high-roof VIP deluxe air-conditioned with full amenities. All vehicles are insured with local regulations of Compulsory Third Party insurance. (CTP) and first class liability insurance.

Travel Insurance : (Option) We strongly recommended that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to commencing your travel.  Travel insurance can be purchased  with our reservation team at a minimum rate.   Please find briefly a travel insurance benefits at below :

Personal Accident

Loss of Life If injury sustained by the Insured Person causes loss of life within 180 days as from the date of accident or the injury sustained by the Insured Person necessitates continuous treatment the Company will pay compensation in accordance with the Sum Insured stated in the Policy Schedule.

Dismemberment and Loss of Sight

If injury sustained by the Insured Person causes total and permanent loss as stated below within 180 days from the date of accident, the Company will pay compensation as follows :‑

• 100% of the Sum Insured for the loss of life
• 100% of the Sum Insured for the loss of 2 arms, 2 legs, and 2 eyes
• 60% of the Sum Insured for the loss of 1 arm, 1 leg and 1 eye

Medical Expenses

This insurance covers loss or damage arising from injury of the Insured Person which is the result of an accident that occurs within the time of travel. The company shall reimburse the Insured Person reasonable medically necessary expenses, incurred up to the benefit level stated in the Policy Schedule.

Emergency Accident Evacuation

In the event that you suffer from injury which necessitates your emergency medical evacuation. This insurance covers when as the result of injury commencing while the Insured Person is travelling and if in the opinion of the doctor, it is judged medically appropriate to move an Insured Person to another location

Conditions

• The Insured Person must be at the age between 1-85 years old.
• The Insured Person aged between 71-85 years can purchase sum insured up to Baht 500,000 only.
• Minimum premium per policy is Baht 260.00 net / per person / day.

Responsibility :  AAA is acts only as intermediary for the various transportation companies, and assumes no responsibility for liability in connection with the service of any conveyance, car operators, hotels contractors, and all other principals documents are issued subject to those terms and contract agreement. Neither will be responsible for any claim that exceed than CTP insurance.  Neither will be responsible for any accident, car accident, any injury, loss of life, damage to the renter, passengers or the traveler suffers in connection with the journey during rental or any irregularity that may arise.  All matters arising subject to Thai's law.  

AAA will not be responsible for any lost of flight ticket, missing flight or missing checking in at the airport on domestic or international terminal  for onward flight , missing the train, bus or any appointment in such if the consequence caused from the renter own negligent, irregularity related with the arrangement between the renter and the driver directly without the approval, acceptance, or the authorisation from the company.

The participation in AAA vehicle is implies to the above agreement and terms condition.

Consumer protection : We recommended you study the above conditions prior to enter to any agreement including the deposit.

Complaints and Claims : Any complaints or claims are to be made in writing within 7 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect to complaints and claims made after 7 days of return.
