up own luggage and
proceed out for the
custom clearance. The
green / red system is
usually in force but
foreign visitors can
proceed out to ‘Nothing
to Declare’ – Green
Areas. At
the main exit hall, turn
right and proceed to the
door exit 4 where the
Airport Information
counter is.
Our driver will be there
with signage display
your name.
Luggage can be hand-over
to our driver who will
lead you to the awaiting
vehicle for onward

non-commissionable.

| Inclusion in the rate |
All rates are inclusive of private vehicle with qualified
English speaking driver, meals and driver’s overnight
accommodation for the overland trip out of Bangkok, all parking
fees, road tolls, and full gasoline unless where specified in
separately. |

| Duration of rental : |
 Half
day within Bangkok : 08:00-13:00 / 13:00-18:00 daily.

Rental
in between AM & PM is consider all day and full day rental rate
will be applied.

Full
day : 08:00 – 19:00 daily.
|
Beyond
19:00 up to 23:00 : Baht 1,500.00 will be applied. |

| Pick up and drop off : |
Pick up and drop off must be within Bangkok only and not
anywhere else outside of Bangkok city or at airport unless
authorised by our reservation team. However, the condition
is not applied on the overland rental, please consult with our
reservation team for more details. |

| Payment method and policy |
We accept payment by major credit card, Visa, Master Card or
bank telegraphic transfer.

| Deposit & Payment : |
We require a small amount deposit upfront for a guarantee
reservation prior to the service date and the balance can be
settled on the last day end of the services.
