Our rate quote is net, in Thai Baht, inclusive of Government tax and non-commissionable.

Price include :

•Private deluxe vehicle with English speaking driver(Van only)

•Fuel

•Accommodation and meals for driver on Around Thailand trip

•Road tolls and parking fee (unless specified)

•Travel Accident Insurance daily for every passenger

•Tax

Hours of rental :

•Half day : 4 hours (morning / Afternoon)

•Full day : 8 & 10 hours (unless specified)

•Evening : 4 hours

Pick up and drop off :

Pick up and drop off must be within Bangkok and not anywhere else outside Bangkok city or at the airport unless specified.  The pick up and drop off condition are not applied on the overland rental.  Please consult with our reservation for more details..

Meet & greets procedure at the Airport  :

Upon airport arrival.  After Immigration formality checked.  Pick up luggage and proceed out for the custom clearance. If there is nothing to declare you can proceed out to the main departure hall.   

At the main exit hall, please ensure to turn right and step toward passing exit door number 4 where you will find "the Airport Information". Our driver will be there with signage display your name.  Luggage can hand-over to our driver. He will lead you to the awaiting vehicle for the transfer.

Payment method and policy :

We accept major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Paypal, or bank telegraphic transfer.

Deposit & Payment :

For a Van rental. The initial deposit is required upfront to guarantee the vehicle to be reserved in the system.  The balance payment can be settled on the excursion day or the last day end of the services.  The condition of payment is based on the confirmation and agreement confirmed by AAA.
